Property Management and Owner

While hiring the services of a property management company the owner should have a clear idea of what services that property management company is going to offer and how the allotted professional is going to go about fulfilling his responsibilities. Usually the duties of the professional and the services rendered by the company are laid out in clear terms in the form of a legal agreement. Many times the property management company acts as the legal representative of the property and the owner of the property that they take care of. The manager is given the right to work for the benefit of the property. He is empowered to take decisions on behalf of the owner.
